Eligibility scores, approval probability, and EMI estimates are indicative only and do not constitute an offer of credit or insurance.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Misrepresentation may result in termination of access.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArthVritti is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or partner products.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
