Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advisory Fees

Advisory fees paid for credit repair or debt resolution engagements are refundable on a pro-rata basis if the customer chooses to cancel within 7 days of engagement and no material work has begun.

2. Lending Facilitation

Arthvritti does not charge upfront fees for loan processing. Processing charges levied by lenders are governed by the lender's policy and are non-refundable once sanctioned.

3. Insurance Premiums

Insurance premiums are paid directly to the insurer. Free-look and cancellation windows are governed by IRDAI regulations and the specific insurer's policy document.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
